INNO GREEN – Encouraging INNOvation for development of GREEN jobs

The objective of the INNO GREEN project is to boost joint collaboration between the innovation support agencies through peer learning, raise their competences in offering practical and innovative tools as a support to SMEs in innovative “green” entrepreneurship. The INNO GREEN project is lead by the LIR Evolution from Bosnia and Herzegovina and joined by the RDA Green Karst‘s Centre for Innovation and Development (Slovenia) and the Europaisches Zentrum Fur Erneuerbare Energie Gussing Gmbh (Austria).

The “Twinning advanced” methodology will be used as a basis for development of joint learning process between the project partners and increase of their competences in provision of efficient support to SMEs in “green” entrepreneurship. The INNO GREEN project will focus to upgrade existing competences and practices of innovation support agencies and develop innovative coaching/mentoring or other kinds of suitable programs in support of SMEs on their path to generation and development of green jobs. The special attention of the project will be focused to implementation of the pilot actions on green entrepreneurship in order to test the programs prepared: assessment of green jobs potential, interviews of SMEs, bottom-up work with “green” entrepreneurs, workshops, knowledge exchange, adaptation to local context and transfer of practical knowledge from one region to another, coaching/mentoring for specific skills related to “green” employment. The final result of the project will be the Design Option Paper (DOP) to serve as a practical guide for design and implementing of coaching/mentoring for SMEs on green entrepreneurship, which will be available on our website.

POWER2INNO – Building competences for empowerment of small and micro companies’ for innovative entrepreneurship

Duration: March 2016 – February 2017

The general objective of the project is to engage in peer learning activities between three project partners to raise our competences for empowerment of small and micro companies’ for innovative entrepreneurship – for transition from production-oriented mentality to scouting for opportunities on global market and creating value for customers. The partners, participating in the POWER2INNO are: RDA Green Karst (lead partner), Tecnopolis Parco Scientifico e Tecnologico from Italy and BIC EURONOVA from Spain.

Within the POWER2INNO project the three innovation agencies have been engaged in mapping of partners’ competences and gaps and in peer learning activities, the learning process by exchange of knowledge and good practices visits and have organized and implemented different pilot projects. Based on these activities the POWER2INNO partners have prepared a model for empowerment of small and micro companies for innovative entrepreneurship, which will be publicly available, thus allowing other innovation agencies to benefit from the POWER2INNO learning practices.

The POWER2INNO model for empowerment of small and micro companies’ for innovative entrepreneurship is described in detail in the Design options paper, along with the presentation of guidelines for the implementation of the model. SMART INNO – Smart Network and Sustainable Innovation Cluster to increase RDI Competitiveness of SMEs

The main goal of the SMART INNO project was to develop a smart networking system for monitoring and fostering research & innovation capacity in the SMEs across the Adriatic region. The overall objective of the SMART INNO project eas to develop a smart networking system for monitoring and fostering research & innovation capacity in SMEs. Due to this smart network the project aimed at increasing competitiveness, and supporting the sustainable growth of SMEs through the use of financial instruments and coaching schemes on improving investment capability, with the emphasis on cross-border cooperation across the Adriatic.
